If I could have given no stars I would! Terrible company, awful customer service. Excuse after excuse and only given updates after I had chased them up. Placed order 08/03 with a few weeks delivery.. eventually after many emails instigated by myself, pushed on dates of delivery etc etc received my garden furniture in August with a “free furniture cover” of no use whatsoever as it was far too big! Dreadful company, would never use, or recommend

Avoid this company like the plague!
Ordered garden furniture and after it never arrived I emailed them to enquire as to where it was. Although they did reply in a timely manner it was very unhelpful and full of excuses and mixed messages. I then received an email cancelling my order! They said that I would receive my refund within the usual 7- 10 working day which I didn’t!!! I again chased them and was told they issued the refund and they wouldn’t do anything further and I would have to despite this with my bank.
So finally three months from my initial order and going via my bank I have my money back. I don’t believe for one minute they had issued my refund which resulted in lots of my time being wasted filing out forms and liaising with my bank.
This had been very stressful and frustrating and would not wish anyone to experience the same.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

The 6 months of endless catastrophe and outrageously bad customer service, all the while with a pile of boxed up wardrobe in our hallway, was the worst shopping experience of my life (and I’ve been to Lidl on a Saturday before Christmas!). This kind of ‘company’ should be shut down!!

What happened to everyone else happened to me I got in touch with my bank yesterday, filled the form in and I've got my money back to day took 5 mins with bank highly recommend speaking to your bank and tell them you've been told to request a section75 Refund.

Placed an order in early April only to be told in a generic email in May that the order would not be fulfilled and to seek a refund by a Section 75 claim which takes a minimum of 120 days. Not the way to treat any customer!

Ordered outdoor furniture in February with delivery date of 8th April. Was then told delivery would be 23rd May when I phoned to check they said it would be delayed a further 6-8 weeks. Decided to cancel order and was told refund would be given - week later still no refund. Then received email this morning stating change of ownership and to contact bank for refund - so they had no intention of ever delivering the product or giving me a refund. Website has now disappeared surprise surprise. Shocking!!

Not sure they exist !!!! They don’t reply to emails, I’ve asked 3 times where my order is and no reply. I wish there was a branch of the police I could complain to.
Very unhappy.
So all of a sudden they do exist, some apology about their courier service, they offered a discount or a refund. I chose a refund, let’s see when/ if that happens.
Now they say they are unable to deliver, that they have requested a refund but I have to contact my bank to speed things up.
APPALLING. STAY AWAY !!!

Please avoid for your own sake
Similar experience to everyone else I’m afraid. Placed order in Jan for an item that was “in stock” according to website.
Got emailed the next day to say there was a mistake and item wouldn’t be in till mid March so replied I was happy to wait.
Heard nothing so chased up end of March and was given another date, chased up after that date and was told it had arrived damaged to them (obviously a lie)
I asked for refund so I could buy something elsewhere and was told it would be processed right away and my money would be back with me in 5-10 days. It’s day 21 today and I’ve not had a penny back and they’ve ignored 2 emails about it.
Anyone know the best legal route to go down ?

We are still waiting for our furniture we ordered on 25/04/22 which said it would be delivered in 5-10 days. We were told it was with the warehouse ready for delivery on 8/05/22 but when we called to ask where it was they said they don't know they will need to contact their supplier. They quote fast delivery on their website but this is far from the truth and we were not once contacted to be informed of the delay or an apology we have to call them which they are really difficult to get hold off. We are still waiting for an update on our order.

Having to leave another review as this seems to be the only way this company will respond to customers. Despite replying to my below review I have not had confirmation of my refund and certainly no update on the order I made in February for over £5500. Please think twice before using this company.

Dishonest, misleading and horrid customer service
Horrible experience. Bought a piece of furniture. Received an email a few days later telling me it was not in stock and not sure when it would be again. Retailer then lists same item as in stock a week later with 7-14 day delivery at twice the price. When querying this they say it’s a 12-16 week lead time from supplier. However, they refuse to change this on their website so they’re being dishonest, refusing to be transparent and hugely misleading customers to say the least. Abysmal behaviour. They are now ignoring calls and emails from me. No pride in their brand and extremely shameless.

I ordered a item of furniture during lock down and the order was delayed but the communication and updates from this company were excellent! Love the furniture such great quality and great price! I found the item for a cheaper price and they matched it! Can’t fault them!
I would defo order from them again and recommend to family and friends.

Ordered on furniture just before lockdown. As we all know things took a little longer to arrive and to be fair to swagger they were straight on the phone to tell us this. We were offered a refund but there was no point just stick with it and ride the storm and I'm so glad we did. Communications were brilliant. Delivery was spot on time. Packaging was fantastic nothing was getting through that and so easy to assemble.
Would definetly order stuff again due to their high customer service and honesty

Fantastic customer service throughout. There was a delay on my dining room table but I was made aware and it was no issue. The guys who delivered and set it up were friendly and professional, I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.
